Erica's Craft Room 25 Days of Christmas December 5th!

Welcome to Erica's Craft Room

25 Days of Christmas,

with 25 Cricut projects a day.

Don't forget to stop by Erica's blog to see 24 more projects today....

and every day in December.

I am so very excited to be a guest designer!  Today I made a scrapbook page with Holiay Cookies in mind. Our family has always made Christmas Cookies/Goodies every year. I usually get some great pictures.
Here are the supplies I used:

George & Basic Shapes, Life's a Beach, From My Kitchen, & Forever Young Cricut Cartridges. My Gypsy & Expression Machines.  The following DCWV (Die Cuts With A View) paper packs: The     Mango Frost Stack, The Crafty Stack, & Textures & Finishes Stack.  Some scrap cardstock that  I had on hand, Stampin UP! chalk/Dimensionals/ & Black Pen, Xyron Create a Sticker,  Blue Slick Writer, and my Heat tool.

For my "Mom" I used the girl from Life's a Beach page 43.  I flipped her with the flip feature on my expression, cut at 4".  I removed her arms and cut away part of her skirt and set it aside.  I also cut her hair at the same size and set it aside.  For her dress I used the Forever Young cartridge page 36 cut at 4".  For the Counter I used George & Basic Shapes the base was cut at 2 1/2" from page 101, the         counter was cut at 4 1/4" on page 97.  For the Kitchen assessories I used From My Kitchen.  The bowl  was cut at 1 1/2", the Spatula cut at 1 1/2", sheet pan cut at 1 1/2", and the cookies were cut at 1/2".
For the "Holiday Goodies" saying I used my Gypsy and the George & Basic Shapes typed and welded.
I chalked the saying, and chalked the cheeks on  my "Mom" . I used the blue slick writer to color in her shoes.  For the cookies I added Liquid Applique' to the arms and legs and used my heat tool to "puff" it up. The heat process didn't take long.
Here is a picture of the cuts.
The layout.
A close up.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you like my project!
